Solid welded construction, large shredder hoppers and large chipper chutes are some of the features you'll come to appreciate with this line of mid-sized chipper/shredders. The SC3265 is powered by a 265cc Subaru EX engine and is dual wrapped belt driven for extra durability.
Two reversible chipping blades and 12 reversible, serrated shredder knives are the most efficient method of reducing debris.The reversible serrated shredder knives are the best in the industry, with a history of performance that surpasses flat hammers in cutting stubborn debris. The ECHO Bear Cat SC3265 is forgiving, even when some things are done "wrong" (e.g., stuffing too many dried leaves in to the chute instead of letting them self-feed). It effectively chipped and shredded everything effortlessly - freshly pulled weeds, dry and wet leaves, dry and wet branches of all sizes up to 3" diameter (plus a little), and old lumber (1x1, 2x2). We talked with a local dealer who says she has sold several SC3265 ECHO Bear Cat models, and has had no complaints or returns.

The SC3265 chipper/shredder is easy to use and move around to the brush that you are chipping. It does not take up a lot of space in the garage. Great tool for chipping up limbs into mulch!

The model SC3206 3-inch is great around a small to medium yard. The amount of mulch that I got from my yard work was more then needed and have shared with my nieghbors. It's great in helping in reducing my cost for mulch and water cost. In my small yard, the best feature is it's size. I can store it with taking to much space and ease to roll around to the work area.
